LET'S KEEP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN and LITTER FREE ON TRASH COLLECTION DAY...

Use the automated refuse container (trashcan) correctly by bagging your trash before placing it in the container. This will reduce litter and keep the containers clean and free of bad odors.

To prevent spilling place all trash and garbage within the container with the lid CLOSE and DO NOT overfilled. (San Diego Municipal Code 66.0126 requires this.) Should anything spill, pick it up promptly!

If your family has too much trash to be held in one automated container, additional containers are available for one-time $50.00 each user fee.

This includes beaches, parks, parking lots, homes, and public streets.

That there is NO time limits on the laws regarding excessive noise. Many people believe that they CAN NOT BE ARRESTED for playing loud music or making excessive noise before 10:00 PM. This law applies 24 hours a day!
