It has been brought to the attention of the Fox Hunter Service Corporation by several neighbors in the community, that there has been an increase in large commercial vehicles being parked in the driveways of several residences for a prolong period of time.

As we are all aware, this is not conforming to the Deed Restrictions of the community. We believe it would be to the best interest for the community for these residents to cease bringing these vehicles home. We are all aware that we have deed restrictions for the community and in order to keep our development's up keep and appearance to the highest standards and we should all try to abide by them.
