There have been several inquiries lately with regard to the 2002 annual dues. At the January 8th community meeting, the Board presented the proposed 2002 budget to the members.
The Board will hold a community meeting to discuss and approve the budget. Once approved, the annual assessment will be due no later than May 31st. The meeting will be as follows:

Please review the attached copy of the budget and come to the meeting prepared with any questions and comments. Please note - future annual assessment/budget voting will be held in the month of January and all payments must be received by the Board no later than March 1st of each year.
