As of late March, Karen from Stover Builders, Inc. reports that the remaining ten lots in FHC are sold or have a hold placed on them. Good news for us!
At our January meeting, it was noted that some vandalism had occurred to the playground equipment and park bench. The Board encourages anyone who observes abuse of community property to report it promptly to the New Castle County Police.
