Clarification of Fox Run Boundaries

Many of our Fox Run neighbors have been confused as to the boundaries of Fox Run. Many have been under the impression that homes along Golden Horn Dr and beyond are a part of Fox Run. From Golden Horn Dr to North Crowley-Cleburne Rd is an entirely different community.

The map at right shows the boundaries of Fox Run. West Risinger forms the north boundary, on the south is Fox Run and Hunter Hill across from the pool along Garden Springs to the back of the homes on Golden Horn. The east boundary is Hunters Point Way, and the west boundary is West Cleburne Rd/Hulen St.

Any homes that front Golden Horn are not a part of Fox Run. Golden Horn south to Crowley-Cleburne Rd is a part of Poynter Crossing. The pool on Garden Springs does not belong to Fox Run and cannot be used by Fox Run residents. Fox Run residents need to respect the rules and regulations of Poynter Crossing pool.




I know many of our residents complain about the amount we pay in quarterly assessments. Recently I had an occasion to sit in on a meeting of another nearby community and found out their assessments are $600. per year, or $150.00 per quarter. Now, aren?’t you glad you pay $296.00 per year, or $74.00 per quarter? That doesn?’t seem so bad in comparison.
