Many of our citizens are ignoring the CC&R's and making our community look trashy. Published here are some of those addresses.

3917 Stonewick Ct. No magnets are to be displayed on the doors or signs placed in windows.

Many of you are not mowing your grass and letting it grow.
Trash piled up in front of homes before bulk pick up week.
Homes that need to be painted. The paint on our homes was not meant to last a lifetime.
Homeowners that do not get the required acc approval before a project.
Those of you who park on the grass and park semi's in the neighborhood.

Please keep up your property. Only you can prevent our community from becoming a run down eyesore.
