The Fox Run Homeowners Association is a mandantory association and as such all assessments of $81.00 per quarter need to be paid in a timely manner.
Assessments are due at the first of each financial quarter.
Only members in good standing may utilize the pool and common areas of the community.

What is a Homeowner's Association and why do we have one?
The Fox Run HOA is a Texas non-profit association that exists to help preserve our property values through deed restrictions and acchitectural controls. The HOA is governed by Bylaws and Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which are recorded in the public records of Tarrant County. Membership is mandatory. The HOA maintains the common areas and the pool enforces CC&R's and supports social activities. Income for the HOA is collected in the form of dues which pay for pool maintaince and landscaping, legal services, newsletter and committee funds and management company fees.

What is the ACC Committee?
The ACC or Architectural Control Committee is made up of board members to review application for property improvements in Fox Run. This article was established by the CC&R's. For an ACC form contact your community manager.
