Mission

The new Board Members are pleased to serve our neighborhood and like yourselves want to live in a pleasant environment and see out property value increase over the years.Board member also responsible maintaining 3 ponds and common areas of our neigborhood.

Future Plans

New lamp posts,spring block party, removal of N&N trailer home/office, fixing ponds.
Contract with Clay Electric has been approved by board of directors. 7 construction style wood lamp poles will be replaced by new old fashion looking black poles. And we will and a new lamp pole as well.
We are also considering to up grade Fox Chase sign, including aluminating the sign and making more visible.
