Good question. I should have checked this board sooner since I just met with Steve last night. There are two rates which we need - the minimum monthly bill and the billing rate per 1000 gallons. I understand the minimum will be pretty small (like $10 - 15 or so). As soon as I can get details, I'll post here. By Jerry Z |

Water Bills
I've been informed that the water bills may be similar to what ACWWA currently charges. Typically, the cost is $12.50 for the first 2,000 gal and about $2.50 for each 1,000 gal over that. A typical family bill might be about $20 for indoor use. There is a minimum payment of about $12.50 per month. I also confirmed that Foxfield residents may elect to pay the tap fee and hook up to the line without incurring any charges until the first water is actually used. By Jerry Z |
