The Pool Is Open - Get Your Keys Today!

The pool opened Memorial Day weekend. In an effort to reduce outside traffic from neighboring communities (thereby reducing our liability), the pool is surrounded by a key-operated gate. To ensure responsible stewardship of keys, all homeowners must pay a $25 REFUNDABLE deposit to acquire a key. The deposit is refundable when you sell your unit.

How do I get my keys?
1. Contact Mary Ann Pike, building steward for Building 2.

2. We accept checks only. Please make your check out to Franciscan Terrace HOA and please write "pool key deposit" in the memo line.

What if I rent my unit from the homeowner?
1. Please contact your landlord to purchase the key. He/she may send us a check. Once payment is received, you may pick up your key from Mary Ann.
