Pet Policy Reminder

Please remember the following rules regarding pet ownership:

1. Residents are allowed one pet per unit

2. All pets must be registered with Home Realty within five days of moving in.

3. The only pets allowed include dogs, cats, birds or fish.

4. Pets must weigh 25 lb. or less (unless given special permission by the HOA board)

5. Barnyard animals or those trained for attack are allowed

6. All pets must be kept on a leash when taken outdoors.

7. No animals, including cats, are allowed to run free outdoors.

8. No animals are allowed to be tied outside the unit or kept on balconies.

9. Owners are responsible for picking up pet waste outdoors and throwing it away in one of the dumpsters.

10. Please walk your pet on the grass areas adjacent to the buildings. Pets are not allowed to urinate on shrubs, trees, or decorative plantings that surround the buildings or parking lot green areas.

11. Any property damage caused by pets are the responsibility of the pet owner.

12. Pets that become a nuisance are subject to Board sanctions. This could lead to the removal of the pet.

13. Please feed your pet inside your unit. Food containers left outside can attract rodents and other pests.

14. All guests must follow the rules above.
