Summer and grilling out go hand-in-hand. However, we must set limits on what is permissible in order to stay within the law with regard to fire risk.
Gas or charcoal grills are not permitted inside units or on balconies. These present a huge fire risk and are against the law.
Electric grills are fine. Many residents use the George Foreman outdoor grill, which costs around $50. These can be stored on your balconies.
