Information Availability - Minutes & Financials

Many of you have asked to see minutes from board meetings and/or current financial information. These items are available from Home Realty (704.332.1141). Keep in mind that minutes are normally two months behind because they must be approved at the following months' meeting before they are made public.

Of course, the best way to find out what's going on at Franciscan Terrace is to attend a meeting, which takes the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the clubhouse. Remember ... if there's something you want discussed at the board meeting, please contact Home Realty and have that item added to the agenda!
