Halloween Festivities!
It's Fall already and within weeks we will be celebrating the fun of Trick-or-Treating! This year, Halloween is on a Sunday so the hectic rush of getting home from work and school for the parade will not be an issue! As a result, we will begin the parade at 4:30 p.m. in order to allow for plenty of time to gather, enjoy the fun, and get back home for trick-or-treat!

We will also have a NEW location for the parade. The parade will begin at Lexington and Arlington and will proceed to the cul-de-sac on Lexington where we will enjoy refreshments and snacks. Please park on Arlington so as to not block the parade route. We also ask that you bring 1/2 dozen of cookies or another snack to the gathering to share!

Trick-or-treating will being at 6:00 p.m.

Annual Business Meeting:

We are in the process of scheduling the annual business meeting. Once a date and location are determined we will notify you.

There are several Board of Director positions that will be vacated due to personal and professional demands of some of our current members. We will be looking for volunteers to assume some leadership roles on the Board. The time commitment is minimal, yet the impact of keeping FERA active to help maintain our neighborhood, property values, and our quality of life is imperative. Please consider getting involved.

An Impending Farewell to Solveig Peters:

As many of you have probably noticed, a "For Sale" sign hangs at the property of Solveig and Steven Peters' home. It is with great sadness that we see the Peters family leave our neighborhood.

We are grateful for the many hours and heartfelt dedication that Solveig gave to our neighborhood and community. Thank you Solveig for all that you have done for preserving our properties, preserving our association, and preserving a sense of community!

New Neighbors:

We have quite a few new neighbors who have moved into the neighborhood lately. Please let them know of our website and our organization.
