Neighborhood Garage Sale Planned

Mark your Calendars!!!

The date has been set for the Annual Garage Sale, so get ready to de-clutter your home! On Saturday, July 9th, Franklin Estates will hold its Neighborhood Garage Sale from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. A smiling neighborhood volunteer will stop by participants' homes the day of the garage sale to collect nominal participant fees. We still need 1 or 2 neighbors to help for about 1/2 hour around 10 a.m. on the 9th to collect fees from the upper end of Lexington/Arlington area. If you have been an active participant in our garage sale in the past or if this is your first time, please consider helping out. It's a great way to meet some new neighbors and reconnect with others, while helping us defray the costs of the garage sale since our ByLaws do not provide for funding of such an event. Please contact me if you can spend 1/2 hour of your time helping out on the 9th!
