This Planning & Zoning Board will consider a Local Historic District Overlay for the Fraser Fields neighborhood at their meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2002, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 57 E. First Street. It will be introduced at the City Council meeting on Monday January 27th at 5:45 pm and considered on February 3rd 2003 at 5:45 pm. You are invited to attend and provide any input you may have regarding this proposal.
