Past Due Membership Dues

We will be issuing letters to everyone that is delinquent on their Neighborhood Association Dues by the end of August. Anyone that is more than 12 months past due will be given a final notice with one last opportunity to pay dues before a lien is filed against the property.

With more than $4,000 in delinquent dues, a lot could be accomplished. We plan to continue the sidewalk around the park, possibly relocate the children?’s park to a safer internal location and install a park area in the greenbelt in the East corner of the addition. The park area plans to include a covered eating area, charcoal grill, brick fireplace and open grounds for tossing the Frisbee, football, etc. With dues we can accomplish these goals.
