The Gardens Cohousing is currently seeking people who wish to live in an intentional community. Each family has its own fully functioning private home, with all the ammenities necessary for life. In addition to the single family homes, there will be a common house in which community activities will occur, such as eating communal meals, crafts, exercise, recreation, music, hobbies, etc.

The homes in this cohousing development will be townhomes ranging in price from approximately $150,000 to $255,000. These homes will feature garages and basements. The homes, landscaping, and the common house will be designed with hands on input from the future owners. The developer Wonderland Hill has worked with several other cohousing groups and is helping to expedite the process by which the cohousing group will come together as a community and then the actual construction of the homes.
