>No parking signs were placed at the corners of Para Lane and Perpen Court West and between #12 and #20 Perpen Court West to roads open for passage of emergency vehicles as safety of residents for turning in/out of Perpen Court West. > Please cut your grass! It was a safety issue as the branch was too small and the strings tethering it to the tree were of various sizes and thicknesses posing a safety hazard . > Our annual expenses are as follows: 1) liability insurance deductible(must always have available). $ 1,000.00 2) annual insurance premium/taxes 450.00 3) grass cutting and tree trimming (open space). 1.615.00 4) *AVERAGE snow removal over the years. 2,300.00 Side note: you must have the $ on hand to pay out in order to be reimbursed. 5) fence repair/replacement (past 12 months). 1,000.00 6) postage/mailings/copies office expenses. 300.00 TOTAL KNOWN EXPENSES. $6,665.00 This does not include any unforeseen expenses. Keep in mind that we as a community are responsible for maintaining overflow parking ( the one on Para Lane was not resurfaced when our streets were done and is need of repair. There are additional trees in easement areas that we are responsible for and may need to get them trimmed also to keep them healthy and from failing. If this next winter is mild, we will review dues at that time for reduction, but this year stands at $225.00. Keep in mind we must maintain a minimum of $3,000.00 on hand for insurance deductible and fees and initial snow removal funds in order to be reimbursed. I know it is difficult for ALL of us but we need to be able to maintain our community. Thank you for understanding.
