Notice: The ETGD station is temporarily offline. Apparently the ham club station was moved to a new building on campus which is being remodeled. You can get updates and further information at http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/

You can listen to and control a short-wave receiver located at the amateur radio club ETGD at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. In contrast to other web-controlled receivers, this receiver can be tuned by multiple users simultaneously, thanks to the use of Software-Defined Radio known as SDR.
To access this site click on the link given at the top of the External Links column on the right side of this page.
In order to operate the receiver and hear the sound you will need to have installed JAVA , a free download at http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
This a really fun and you can spend a lot of time pulling in those DX stations! Thanks to ETGB for engineering this website!
Special thanks to Joe, N6WZK for finding this site!
