Know You GCNA Neighborhood:
Do you know who lives 3 houses north, south, east or west of you? Or even next door to you? Do you know who your neighbors are? Do you know what kind of car or cars they drive? Do you know whom to contact if there is an emergency at their house? To be aware of who you neighbors are helps keep our GCNA neighborhood clean and safe. Encourage new and of course old residents to become members of GCNA.
Most new residents and even residents who have lived here a long time do not know Denver Zoning Regulations resulting in infractions such as unlicensed cars sitting in yard, card parked other than paved drive, weeds over 1' high, appliances in yard, and there are more. We all want our Neighborhood to be clean and safe.
