THIRD LES HOUSING CONFERENCE

The Lower East Side Housing Conference will kick off its 3rd year on Saturday, May 19 at Boys and Girls Republic beginning at 10:00 a.m. and will continue until 4:00 p.m. The full day of workshops will focus on the crisis in low-income and affordable housing. Included topics of discussion will be; Public Housing, Section 8 and Project Based Section 8, the new DHCR regulations, Housing Court, Tenant Associations, Tenant Ownership, Eviction Protection, Tenant Rights, Housing Court, Land Use, Fighting Against Displacement, Understanding the Political Process and much more! ! !
The conference is free and welcome to ! Come to this free conference to learn about your legal rights and what you can do to protect yourselves from the increasing gentrification that is sweeping Loisaida.
