LPSM is dedicated to the memory of Mr. Russell E. Carver, Jr., who was the founder and purpose for the school. He has left his earthly building, but never our hearts!!!   LPSM was created to be a community effort to equip the youth and disadvantaged individuals with the tools and professional assistance to become successful in the field of music.
