Ohio Bicentennial Topic of Meeting

Ohio?’s Bicentennial in 2003 will be the topic of the fall meeting of the Hilltop Historical Society on Sunday, October 22, 2000. Carmelita Boyer, Regional Director for the Ohio Bicentennial Commission, will narrate a video and speak about plans of the 2003 event.
The Hilltop Historical Society received funds to erect the Historical Marker for the Camp Chase Confederate Cemetery as a result of the Longaberger Basket Company Initiative for the Bicentennial.
The meeting will be held at Hoge Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2930 West Broad Street. The public is invited to attend the meeting.
