Your Neighborhood Watch Captain

It's finally here, a neighborhood watch program with a real live coordinator. Mr. Tom Creco has volunteered to be our Greater Hogan Area Neighborhood Watch Coordinator and I really appreciate him for this. The plan is for you block captains in your own area to have a point of contact if you see anything suspicious in nature. Call Tom and he'll call other block captains around you to advise them.
