Join your neighbors in our celebration of Park Hill?’s 28th Annual Home Tour on Sunday, September 24 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Buy your tickets after Labor Day at Spinelli?’s Market, the Park Hill Community Bookstore, the Park Hill Library, King Sooper?’s or the Greater Park Hill Office (2823 Fairfax St.). Greater Park Hill Board members will also be selling tickets. Ticket prices are $10 in advance, $12 at the door, $8 for seniors, and $4 for children.
You can get a free ticket by volunteering at this year?’s event. Volunteering also gets you an invite to The Party of the Year as a gesture of appreciation for all your hard work. To volunteer, contact Michelle Brown at 720-629-5071. She can also be e-mailed at chelle.brown@hotmail.com.

Home Tour Features
This year?’s Home Tour headquarters is the beautiful Park Hill United Methodist Church. It?’s a great way to start or finish your visit to the historic homes on this year?’s tour. In addition, Treat Hall, on the historic Johnson & Wales campus is opening its doors to our tour. Learn how it is being renovated into a chic boutique hotel and get a special insider?’s look by volunteering and attending the ?“after party?” at this great location.

Good Eats
While at the church, make sure you take advantage of all the delicious ?“eats?” from great Park Hill eateries. Order some grilled corn-on-the-cob from one of Kearney Street?’s favorite eateries, Tables. ?“Put the South in your Mouth?” at Joe?’s West of Memphis Bar-B-Que. Perk Hill will be serving their infamous ?“kids?” ice cream cones and bigger cones for those of us who need more Rocky Road in our diet. Get spicy with the Cork House?’s jambalaya and sample wonderful cheeses from Satchel?’s Market. Last but definitely not least, the youth group from our host church will be selling hot dogs. Hot-diggity-dog-diggity-ooo!

Silent Auction and Art
The church?’s courtyard (AKA The Pumpkin Patch) is also where you can find great music, wonderful arts and craft items for sale, and the silent auction. Items in the silent auction include an array of gift certificates for personal services, including massages, facials and hair care, gift certificates for meals at area restaurants (Yum!), artwork, gift certificates for gymnastics classes and local liquor emporiums, a wine tasting party, and pet care gift certificates (Woof!). Bid early and often. Plus, if you have any items or services to donate, make sure you contact Dee Ciancio (303-246-8623) or Kim Tighe (303-355-7653).
