Purpose of Site

Welcome Scopello unit owners.

This site should contain all the things you need to know about Scopello. If not, please inform one of the members of the Board. Click on "more" in Documents & Pages to see full list of items available to you. Windstorm Mitigation affidavit is provided so that you can make an electronic copy for your insurance carrier. We are being told that this document is only being accepted electronically  by most carriers. Documents & Pages were provided by the Association. Exterrnal Links were added by the Site managers.
