Alley's & Side-walk Replacement

You may have notice driving around that the City is moving quickly in repairing and repaving sidewalks and alley's.

Sidewalks:

The City of Richardson is continually reviewing sidewalk complaints and updating the repair list regularly.

In order to have a sidewalk rated, please call 972-744-4280, or send an email to eric.hemphill@cor.gov. Please provide your name, phone number, and street address when inquiring about your sidewalk.

Alley Replacement:

The Street Maintenance Division of Public Services is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the street, alley and storm sewer systems in the city of Richardson.
