Being a Good Neighbor

Jun 04, 1999

During the past several monthly HOA meetings, a number of items continue to resurface. In almost all cases, they could be solved by an increase in awareness and by being a good neighbor.
There has been an increase in CC&R violations relating to leaving trash, garbage cans, wood piles, packing crates, etc. in front of homes and in driveways.
Although we have a CC&R committee to deal with these relatively minor infractions, we must remember that they are volunteers that graciously donate their time and energy to benefit all of us. The key words here are that they are here to BENEFIT ALL OF US. These volunteers are also our neighbors and have continuously been put in the uncomfortable position of having to remind friends and neighbors of their responsibilities towards the good of the entire neighborhood. PLEASE MAKE A RENEWED EFFORT TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR!
