Our annual dues were payable in January of this year. Most of us paid them in a timely manner, unfortunately, there are still at least 5 members of our community that still haven?’t paid.
When we moved into this neighborhood, we all were aware of the dues we owed. This money is necessary for the upkeep of the common grounds and lighting. Just a reminder that when you don?’t pay your obligations to the neighborhood ?– you hurt all of us. For dues not paid by June 15, liens will be placed by June 29, 1999.
