Joy H. Corolla, 73, passed away on January 01, 2016 in Houston, TX. She was born in Gonzales, TX to Walter & Floris Hill. Joy is survived by: her husband, Don Corolla; Son William Massey and Wife Monica; brothers, Frank and wife Peggy Hill & Dean and wife Gay Hill; grandchildren, Anna and Adam and numerous family members and friends.
She was President of the Gulf Meadows Civic Club in 1985 and 1986 and loved to sew and was president of Gulf Meadows Garden Club.
Visitation will be held on Thursday the 7th day, January 2016from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Funeral Service at 7:00 pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 Broadway E, Pearland, TX., 77581. On Friday, the 8th day of January 2016 at 9:30 am a funeral procession will depart Crowder Funeral Home-Pearland for a 10:45 am Graveside Service and Burial at Houston National Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial donation in Joy’s memory may do so to Vitas Hospice Houston. A special thanks to Joann with Vitas Hospice for the special care she gave to Joy.
