Meeting Minutes May 19, 2009

President Barbra Robinette called the meeting to order and the pledge was said.

1. Board was introduced.
1a. Treasurer's report approved as read and 2nd.
1b. Secretary's report approved as read with a date change to April 21st and 2nd.

2. Acknowledged guest as present.

* Representative for district 4 - Tim Salas and State representative office jeff Peterson, Code compliance officer Moises Zuniga and SAAFE Officer Mike Kilmer. Patch Snyder, Walter Heard and Mark Sack of the pool design for Heritage.

3. Welcome newcomers

4. Recongnizing of volunteers that accomplish power washing, Mowing fence line, Trash pick up, Graffiti Clean up, Bandit sign removal and Permission request signed by residents to place streetlights on certain dark streets.

5. Old Business:
5a. T-shirts to be delivered.
5b. No June or July meetings will be held due to Cody school being closed and no good place to meet in the summer heat, Next meeting will be August 25th 2009 at 7:00 PM at Cody Elm.
