Please be aware that street parking on the corners of our subdivision can be hazardous to drivers and pedestrians. The parked vehicles obstruct your view until you are out of the curve. We have had reports of near-misses at the corners.

Please do not block mailboxes. According to the postal service, the carrier must be able to pull to the mailbox and pull out without backing-up. If the carrier cannot do this, your mail will not be delivered.

Please be considerate about parking across our sidewalks which is a city code violation. This forces pedestrians into the street which can put them in harm's way.
