HOMEOWNER FEES

There are still several homeowners who have not paid their annual homeowner fees. Friendly reminders were sent out in June to the homeowners who are delinquent. Thank you to those people that did send their payments. Remember, property liens can and will be placed on those that refuse to pay their annual fees. By sending in your payment now, you will save all homeowners the expense of postage, etc. to send more reminder notices and filing fees for the property liens. Please pay your share of the community expenses. By not paying your annual fees, you are putting all the burden on your neighbors who have paid their annual fee. Please do your part. You are required to pay this fee. If you are unsure if you have paid your fee, a listing is posted on our website showing those homeowners who are delinquent.
