Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

Greetings everyone!

May 26, 2003

Welcome to the first edition of the Hamilton Highlands newsletter. The trustees have been very busy getting everything organized. A few of the things already accomplished are: the landscaping has been contracted and you should see improvements soon; Brenda has been categorizing all the records and paperwork; copies of the Financial Reports, Deed Restrictions, Code of Regulations and Articles of Incorporation are now available upon request; and the Hamilton Highlands web page is getting updated.

We plan on adding many new postings and hopefully changing the overall look. The web page has many interesting sections including a review of Deed Restrictions; a "meet your neighbors" section; links to city web pages & local news and a "classified" section where you can put items up for sale.

We are trying to come up with an idea to have a community get-together. We can use the detention area as the location to meet. Some ideas have been: community cook-out with hot dogs and sodas. Games and activities for the kids. Possibly an Ice Cream Social with games and activities. What do you think?? Do you have an idea?? We would like to hear your ideas and comments.

Please remember that all homeowners are members of the Association. Lets work together to make this a great community.

If you have any questions you can go to the web page, contact a trustee or send a letter to our PO Box.

See you in the neighborhood.
Doug
