All homeowners in Hamilton Highlands may obtain a financial statement if they wish. You may contact Brenda Grove (e-mail on website contacts) to obtain a statement copy. All expenses paid are also posted on our website under "Association Expenses".

Homeowner dues were not collected for 2007 & 2008 which saved each homeowner $60. This was due in part because there was enough money to maintain the common area, pay taxes etc. and due to receiving payment of some of the property liens filed. Invoices are being sent for 2009 so there will be enough money to cover the remaining expenses for this year and into next year. Please do your part by remitting the 2009 fee. Thank you.
