BLOCKED SIDEWALKS

Please be courteous to all homeowners in our community. There are many residents that enjoy walking and need the use of the sidewalk so they are not forced into the road. The sidewalk is not for parking. When parking on the street, please do not block mailboxes. With summer around the corner, more people will be out walking/playing in the neighborhood. Please keep in mind that this community has a posted 25MPH speed limit.

Appearance plays a big part when buying or selling a home. Remember your lawns, trash and inoperable vehicles. Take pride in your neighborhood and do the best you can to ensure the beauty of our community. The lots along Obetz & Lockbourne Road are responsible for mowing their yard/easement behind their fences. All of these things affect the appearance of our community and draw crime to the area. With crime on the rise, please be alert and think about leaving your porch lights on at night.
