Meeting Update

May 24, 2004

The Homeowners Association held their annual meeting Wednesday, April 28th. Financial statements, paid/unpaid dues listings and other important information were distributed. New Trustees were elected. Old and new business was discussed.

After a lively discussion concerning delinquent dues payments, a motion was put forth by a homeowner to begin legal action to enforce payment. The homeowners in attendance voted on the motion, which passed by an overwhelming majority.

Property Liens will be placed on homeowners who have not paid their dues by June 15, 2004. The legal process of placing liens as stated in the Deed will begin on homeowners who do not pay their Association fees by the above stated date.

**If you purchased your home mid-year 2003, you may pro-rate the $30.00 fee for 2003 at a rate of $2.50 per month of ownership.**

It was also agreed upon that once the issue of delinquent dues is resolved, action should be taken to correct Deed Restriction violations. Many complaints were noted and will be investigated. As stated on the front of this letter, all homeowners are responsible for enforcing the deed restrictions. If you see someone violating a city code, please contact City Code Enforcement at 645-8139.

Thank you to all homeowners who attended the meeting. Your comments and ideas are vital to the growth of our neighborhood. Keep the suggestions coming!
