Hamlet entry sign is finished!

No one is breathing a sign of relief more than I now that the sign is finished. The city was waiting until the bricklayer was finished. Although there are some plans for plantings and pruning, much will wait until Bellflower is paved (see related story).
The series of workmen who failed to show, the busy schedules of those men and the weather all caused the horrendous delays. But the sign is done, the young person who had the traffic accident paid for most of the work and The Hamlet did not pay $6700 like one contractor bid for the job!
Thanks to the brick committee for choosing ballpark red, just like Coors Field (Go Rockies!).
