Notes:
1. The owner understands and agrees that no work in this request shall commence until written approval by the HHA Architectural Control Committee is received.
2. Once approved, construction must be completed within the approved construction time and must be done in a way that does not unreasonably interfere with neighboring properties.
3. Applicant has responsibility for removal, in a timely manner, of any debris resulting from construction.
4. Misrepresentation of any items in this request, either oral or written, may void any approval by this committee.
4. According to Article I, Section 3, the ACC shall approve or disapprove all plans within 30 days after submission. In the event of failure to approve or disprove within 30 days after submission, approval will not be required and the article will be deemed fully complied with. A majority vote is required.
