For the last few years the Pine Ridge and Park Vista areas have not had an active Neighborhood Association. As a result, our neighborhood does not have the kind of amenities that other Denver neighborhoods enjoy. South of Hampden, there is no branch Library, no neighborhood recreation center, no senior center or community center. Yes, we are part of the City and County of Denver and we deserve to have the same types of public amenities as Washington Park or Montbello Neighborhoods.
Please join your Hampden South Neighborhood Association to work toward improving our neighborhood. Cut out the attached coupon and enclose a donation of $10.00 or more to cover the cost of the newsletter mailings and the web site registration and maintenance expenses.
