When I moved into Park Vista Neighborhood I wondered why there was not an active neighborhood organization. Then I thought , there must not be any issues.
After see how our neighborhood did not get its fair share of the $90 million dollar 1998 Neighborhood Bond Project, I realized that the issue is that we are not organized and need a voice so that our neighborhood gets its fair share of public improvements.
