Hampton's at Thorngate

HOA updates 5/19/2006

Currently the HOA is trying to get Ryland to repair some areas around the neighborhood. Specifically the following:

1. The large hill behind the houses on grasmere
2. bare areas around the new sidewalk and the new parking pad
3. tire ruts next to utility board on grasmere and landscaping around that area.
4. White pipes that stick 3 feet out of the ground around the common areas.


We will a community meeting at the end of June where we will discuss this and other issues as well as try to form a landscaping committee as well as a social committee.
