Irrigation:

The HOA has been working hard to get all the sprinklers working only to find out on Monday, July 31st Ryland hit a main irrigation pipe when digging a basement. As a result the irrigation for the whole community is down now. Ryland and Brickman are aware of this problem and working on it now.

It has taken so long to get the irrigation fixed because Ground Masters did not share any of the irrigation plans with Brickman so they had figure everything out themselves. They also kept running into more and more problems but they feel pretty confident that most of the irrigation system is up to par now.

White Pipes:
Brickman has been told many times to cut down the white irrigation pipes throughout the neighborhood and it is on their punch list. We will follow up with them in a few weeks.

Lawn Disease:
We are working with Brickman to fix a fungus that has appeared on some of the lawns. It looks like a bunch of small burned out spots.

Weeds:
Brickman also stated that they applied a chemical to kill the weeds but we are still seeing a lot of weeds. We have discussed this will Brickman and they will take care of this too.

Hill on Grasmere:
Waiting until the fall to see if Ryland will reseed the Hill. Ryland has agreed to replace the dead trees in the common areas around the neighborhood which includes this hill.
