Grass and Weeds

We have been working with Brickman to develop a plan for beautification of the grounds. Brickman has provided a quote for slice seeding work that we've accepted... This will begin with a couple of weeks. The weed treatment will not be applied until the seeds have germinated so if you do not want to see weeds, you'll need to spot treat yourselves. "Spot teating" is the key because any broad tratment may kill your seedlings and the new grass will not germinate. The seeding will be for the front yards and the visible common area close to the street.

Water line break

The water line break behind the walll at our entrance is being addresses by Cincinnat Water Works. We do not have an ETR.
