We have advised Brickman to use a 2 inch trigger for snow removal. If it snow only 1.5 inches, Brickman will not come out. All snow removal on the street will include salt, the driveways are undecided at this time. It is my understanding that the HOA pays for damage to the driveways, if the salt/ice melt product they use causes long term damage, all of our fees will go up. We will put this issue up for vote at the HOA meeting. Brickman advised they use LESCOMelt II:
