HOA Board meeting 5-31-06

- Jason had read through the covenants and highlighted important points to us that we will share with homeowners such as what responsiblities the homewoners have for their houses as well as the HOA's right to charging the homeowners assessment fees etc.

- Discussed idea of putting NO parking signs up in the community- Carol will research.

-Carol will set up time with the Mason municipal to come review the community to make sure Ryland completes the neighborhood correctly.

-Discussed siding repairs. Yard Medics will be making repairs/replacements soon.

- Tracy will get quote to seal all concrete paths and driveways.

- discussed irrigation system rapairs Brickman should be making this week.

-Tracy is sending email to Judi at Amity to have her schedule the Mason Municipal building one night at the end of June for the HOA community meeting. She will also give her topics to put in a newsletter that will be sent out to all homeowners.
