Tracy et al,

I am not aware of Ryland landscaping any of the utility boxes in the community. I drove through last night and it appears to me that the few individuals who have them (I counted three) landscaped have either done the work themselves or paid for it.

Ryland is not supposed to landscape around them. As a matter of fact, I've been told by the utility companies that they prefer it not be done as the area usually provides them an easement for access.

The wooden utility 'wall' is something I would consider a very unattractive site. I will see what can be done about it, whether it can be toned down somehow or landscaped with some sort of screening materials. I'll see what Luke at Brickman thinks about it.

As for the white pipes, I've asked Groundmasters to cut them down or remove them at least four times. I will ask Luke at Brickman to look at them and I am sure it will get taken care of.

Thanks,
Jenni Bruggeman
