The water main has been repaired by Cincinnati Water Works. We now have sprinkler system testing and turnup taking place. Because of the irrigation system problems, the scheduled seeding work will be postponed until fall. Brickman had postponed the weed treatment to allow for proper seed germination. Now that seeding has been delayed, the weed treatment can be applied. As for the dead/brown spots, we are having Brickman assess the issue and provide status on the root cause. We (the BOT) are very disappointed with the current condition of our yards. Much of this was out of our control, due to the water main break, but we are working with Brickman to ensure our standards are met.
