I apologize for the delayed response. I've been working in one of our other communities on some projects and it has kept me out of the office quite a bit. As for a response, I thought the meeting was on the 21st and was planning to attend and update at that time. I cannot attend on the 16th, though.
I have a contractor scheduled for the work around the pond. Ryland will be adding rip rap to the area on the north end of the lake and the sink holes will be filled as well. In addition, Ryland will add rip rap to the outfall by the retaining wall on the south side of the lake. This work is going to be difficult to do and the ground needs to be as dry as possible. So it will be based on weather but it will be done.
I have asked Groundmasters to cut down the pipes and remove the cut wires around the lake as they do not seem to be needed in any way. I have also asked Groundmasters for pricing on seed/straw for the hillside (berm) on the northside of the community behind the houses on Grasmere Run as the grass from last year has not come in very well. I've also asked them to look at the area around the mailbox on Grasmere Run, although the grass someone (I'm not sure who but I'm guessing one of you) put there is starting to grow.
In addition, I've asked Groundmasters to look at the leak behind Mr. Gutta's house based on his message about it. They have also been asked to look at the leaks behind the units along the south side of Grasmere Run (4297 and 4303/3546 Rydal) . Finally, I've asked them to review the run times for the irrigation system for the houses on the north side of Grasmere Run to ensure it is getting sufficiently watered without overwatering.
I have also asked them to replace a dead taxus at 4296 Grasmere.
Thanks,
Jenni
